I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. I like trying a new activity when there is room to learn at my own pace. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
