A little movement, something good to eat, and time to unwind are my idea of a balanced day. I like trying new activities without expecting to be good at them straight away. I enjoy a routine more when there is a pleasant pause to look forward to afterwards. I appreciate people who make space for both a little adventure and a proper rest.
