Malissa Hayes

I like the kind of hospitality that makes people feel comfortable rather than carefully entertained. I usually cook with music on and tidy up a little as I go, although baking can undo all my good intentions. I am quite happy changing the plan when a recipe needs adjusting or an ingredient is missing. I like company that makes an ordinary evening feel easy to enjoy.
