I am happiest on a walk that has a good view, a gentle pace, and someone interesting beside me. I enjoy learning the names of a few plants or birds, even when I forget them and have to look again. Even on a busy day, a little time outside helps me find a more comfortable rhythm. I appreciate a calm approach when plans need to change.
