A personal introduction
A little about Marthella.
I enjoy routines that give me energy while leaving enough room for an unexpected plan. I prefer activities that leave me feeling refreshed rather than focused on a score or a personal best. I enjoy making time for rest so that being active continues to feel like something I choose. I enjoy finding a rhythm with someone rather than expecting us to do everything in exactly the same way.
