I like a little energy around me: a busy market, a lively kitchen, or a table full of people talking. I often remember a place because of the conversation I had there as much as the food. A weekend might involve a market visit, a relaxed lunch, and a walk around streets I have not explored. I get along well with people who are curious, considerate, and willing to laugh at a small mistake.
