Shantoya Floody

I am curious about food, especially when a simple dish comes with a story or a new flavour. I enjoy comparing notes on favourite dishes rather than pretending there is one perfect place for everyone. I tend to notice the small touches that make a place feel comfortable, from friendly service to a quiet table. I get along well with people who are curious, considerate, and willing to laugh at a small mistake.
