A market in the morning and a relaxed meal later can fill a whole day quite happily. I often remember a place because of the conversation I had there as much as the food. I am happy with a simple meal when it is made with care and there is no rush to move on. I get along well with people who are curious, considerate, and willing to laugh at a small mistake.
