I am curious about food, especially when a simple dish comes with a story or a new flavour. I tend to remember a place by what I ate there, who I was with, and the conversation on the way home. Sometimes the nicest part of going somewhere new is finding a reason to come back. I appreciate people who are open to a suggestion and comfortable making one of their own.
