I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. I like trying new activities without expecting to be good at them straight away. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. I appreciate a positive attitude that leaves room for real life and different kinds of days.
