I feel most like myself when there's a balance between getting out, seeing people, and having time to recharge. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. Sometimes the right choice is a longer walk, and sometimes it is going home early and getting some rest. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
