I feel most refreshed after a few hours outside, even if the plan is only a walk close to home. I enjoy learning the names of a few plants or birds, even when I forget them and have to look again. I keep my plans flexible enough to stop for a view or spend longer in a place I like. I appreciate a steady pace, an open mind, and people who look after each other.
