Makeda Guerard

I like the kind of hospitality that makes people feel comfortable rather than carefully entertained. I like making food to share, trying a recipe more than once, and gradually finding my own way of doing it. I am quite happy changing the plan when a recipe needs adjusting or an ingredient is missing. I like company that makes an ordinary evening feel easy to enjoy.
