Mayly Noviski

I like setting myself small goals without turning every interest into a competition. I enjoy walking, a good workout, and taking the scenic route when I'm not in a hurry. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. I enjoy finding a rhythm with someone rather than expecting us to do everything in exactly the same way.
